Product Description: Aluminum Transmission Housings, Including Die-cast Gearbox Casings, Clutch Housings, and Front/Rear Transmission Housings; Die-cast Aluminum Housings for Drivetrain Systems.

Base Materials: Magnesium-aluminum alloys; die-cast aluminum alloys (ADC12, A380, A356) and Al-Si series die-casting alloys. These materials offer high strength, excellent vibration damping, superior flowability during die-casting, lightweight properties, and excellent heat dissipation.
Manufacturing Process: High-pressure die-casting → Gate and overflow removal → Shot blasting → CNC machining (milling of mating surfaces, precision boring of bearing holes, bolt hole machining) → Deburring and high-pressure cleaning → Air-tightness (leak) testing → Hydraulic leak testing → Comprehensive visual inspection → Surface treatment → Finished product dimensional inspection.
Precision: Die-cast blank dimensional tolerance: ±0.5–1.0 mm; CNC machined sealing surfaces and mounting holes tolerance: ±0.02–0.05 mm
Surface Treatment:
1. Natural sandblasting (semi-finished blank; customers may apply their own coating)
2. Chromate passivation / Chromium-free passivation (basic rust protection)

Packaging:
1. Internal cushioning/protection: Full coverage of the cabinet interior with EPE foam; thickened EPE cushioning at vulnerable areas—such as corners, heat dissipation vents, and door frame seams—to prevent paint scratches, deformation, or damage caused by bumps and compression during transport.
2. Internal moisture and rust protection: Desiccant placed inside the cabinet to absorb condensation caused by temperature fluctuations in shipping containers, preventing the steel from rusting due to moisture.
3. Comprehensive Moisture-Proof Sealing: The entire unit is fully wrapped in PE moisture-proof and waterproof film to block the intrusion of seawater mist and humidity.
4. Carton & Corner Reinforcement: Encased in a thickened, seven-layer export-grade corrugated carton; solid wood corner protectors are installed at the four corners to provide rigid protection against impacts and crushing during loading and unloading.
5. Bulk Shipment: Packed on ISPM 15-compliant solid wood pallets; units are neatly stacked on heat-treated ISPM 15 pallets and secured with stretch wrap. This meets global customs quarantine standards for wood products and facilitates forklift handling, container stacking, and long-distance ocean transport.
6. Extra-Large Multi-Unit Assemblies: Encased in IPPC-compliant plywood crates. For these large, multi-unit assemblies, we prioritize the use of sealed, fumigation-free IPPC plywood crates. These offer superior structural rigidity and sealing, providing enhanced shock and moisture resistance for long-distance ocean shipping, while ensuring smooth customs clearance without quarantine-related delays.
7.Logistics: Ocean freight, air freight, international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT), rail transport (primarily China-Europe Railway Express), and road transport (short-haul cross-border trade with neighboring countries).
